Someone’s talking. You would like to change the subject but they don’t breathe between sentences.

Then, you remember you wore your Kitty shirt! You casually open your jacket or pull off your hoodie (because your hot, of course) and reveal the kitten.

You don’t say anything and watch as their focus shifts, brows slightly raised. They will completely lose their train of thought, unable to resist asking, “is that a kitten wearing a hat with a kitten on it?”

And if not, now you’re trying not to laugh. They may become irritated until you explain why you’re laughing, the Kitty part, not the changing the conversation, part.
