Every MOOD:ME order ships free with standard shipping. There’s no minimum, no code, and no surprise fees at checkout.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
Made to Order, Just for You
Every piece is made to order. When you place your order, it goes straight to one of our independent print and production partners. They print it, finish it, and ship it directly to you. Nothing sits in a warehouse, so your piece is made fresh, and that takes a little time.
How Long Will It Take?
- Production: 2–7 business days to print and prepare your order.
- Delivery: most orders arrive within 10–28 business days from the day you order.
- Many items are produced in the US and often arrive sooner. Some items are produced overseas and use the full window.
- If you order several items, they may come from different partners and arrive in separate packages.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM Central are processed the next business day.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you’ll get an email with tracking information.
Problems With Your Order?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please let us know within 72 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right with a reprint or a refund. See our Refund and Returns Policy for full details.
